Orders under 250 pairs travel by air only — a part-pallet consignment is not economical to send by sea. From 250 pairs upward both options appear at checkout and sea freight costs roughly 58% less than air. The $8 minimum only affects very small orders such as the 4-pair sample pack; from 10 pairs the per-pair rate is always higher than the minimum.

250 pairs and up
Both options appear at checkout. Sea freight costs $0.40 a pair instead of $0.95 — roughly 58% less — in exchange for around 25 days in transit rather than 8–10.
Worth knowing
Transit time is on top of production time. On a 500-pair order sea saves $275 but adds about a fortnight, so pick air if you have a fixed event date.
How we print
360° digital printing, edge to edge
One method, done properly. Your design wraps the entire white body of the sock at photographic quality — no colour limits, no screen charges, and no difference in setup cost between ten pairs and ten thousand.
Full colour, no limits
Gradients, photographs, fine detail and unlimited colours. Screen printing charges per colour — digital does not.
No setup, no plates
Nothing to engrave or mount, so a ten-pair run costs the same to set up as a thousand-pair run. That is why our minimum is ten.
Built to our spec
300 DPI at final size, 5 mm bleed. Size M canvas 5,315 × 3,045 px, size L 6,024 × 3,045 px. Heel and toe are woven black and are not printed.

Questions before you order
What is the real minimum order?
Ten pairs, on every printed option. There is no setup fee and no plate charge, so a small run is genuinely viable rather than technically allowed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at checkout on every order, at every quantity — we do not offer free shipping. Air freight is $0.95 per pair and takes 8–10 days (with an $8 minimum, which only bites on very small sample orders). Sea freight is $0.40 per pair and takes about 25 days, and is available from 250 pairs upward. Below 250 pairs air is the only option. Orders are dispatched from our production facilities and we deliver worldwide, including to the United States.
Why can I not choose sea freight on a small order?
Sea freight only becomes economical at pallet scale. Below 250 pairs the fixed costs of a sea consignment — documentation, consolidation, port handling and inland delivery at both ends — outweigh the saving on the freight itself, so we would be charging you more for a slower service. From 250 pairs the maths flips and sea becomes the cheaper option by a wide margin.
What file do you need from me?
Only if you are going fully custom: 300 DPI at final size with 5 mm bleed, as PDF, PNG or TIFF. Size M canvas is 5,315 × 3,045 px, size L is 6,024 × 3,045 px. If your file is not print-ready we will fix it rather than reject it.
Do I see it before you print?
On anything involving your artwork or logo, always — we email a digital proof within 24 hours and nothing goes to press until you approve it. Preset designs skip this step because the file is already correct.
How long does the whole thing take?
Production first: blanks are dispatched in 1–3 days, preset designs run 5–8 business days, and anything with your logo or artwork is 5–10 business days after you approve the proof. Shipping is on top of that — 8–10 days by air, about 25 days by sea.
Can you print the whole sock?
Yes — 360°, edge to edge, across the full white body. The heel and toe are woven black, so those two areas are not part of the printable surface.
What about orders above 2,500 pairs?
We quote those directly from the factory, and orders of 1,000+ can run on a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping. Request a quote and you will hear back within 24 hours.
