Sign the Agent Agreement
You sign a formal Walt Authorised Agent Agreement outlining your territory, pricing access, markup rights and client confidentiality obligations.

Bring Your Client
You source and manage the client relationship entirely. You conduct the initial brief, gather requirements and present Walt's capabilities under your own business.

Handle Tech Packs & Samples
You are responsible for providing tech packs and covering sample fees on behalf of your client. Walt produces the samples at standard rates billed to you.

Add Your Markup
Walt provides you with our net selling price. You add your own distributor markup at your full discretion — whatever your client will accept is yours to keep.

Client Pays Walt Directly
Your client is set up in Walt's system and pays Walt directly. We remit your distributor fee to you per the agreed payment schedule in your contract.
Walt remains the manufacturer and supplier of record. Your role is sales, relationship management and order coordination. We handle everything from production to quality control to shipping.

All agents must sign Walt's Authorised Agent Agreement before representing Walt or quoting any pricing to clients.
Agent Program — Frequently Asked Questions
You can apply as an individual sales professional or as a registered company. However, Walt does require you to have an active network of potential clients before approval. We are looking for agents who can bring business, not those seeking to build a client base from scratch using Walt's name.
Your client pays Walt directly for the full order value — which includes your markup. Walt then remits your distributor fee to you according to the payment schedule agreed in your Authorised Agent Agreement. Payment terms and timing are outlined in the contract.
Once your Agent Agreement is signed, you will receive a usage licence for Walt-approved materials only. You may state that you are an "Authorised Walt Technology Group Sales Agent" and use approved brand assets. All client-facing materials require Walt's prior written approval.
Sample fees are the responsibility of the agent. Walt invoices the agent at net sample rates. It is the agent's discretion whether to pass this cost on to the client.
There is no monthly minimum order requirement during the first 6 months. After 6 months, agents are expected to have placed at least 2 confirmed bulk orders to maintain active agent status. This ensures the program remains with active sellers.
Yes, you may represent other manufacturers provided they are not direct competitors in the custom socks category. This must be disclosed at the time of application.
You may sell into any market where Walt can ship — including USA, UK, EU, Australia, Canada and beyond. Geographic exclusivity is not offered by default but can be discussed for agents with strong proven pipelines in a specific territory.
We review all applications within 5 business days. Approved applicants are then invited to a onboarding call with our agent manager before the agreement is signed.
